Gerson Berthault, MDiv

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, Gerson came to the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 16. He married his wife Tania in 1991, and a year later they moved to London, Ontario, where he enrolled in the M.Div. program at London Theological Seminary. During this time, his two oldest boys were born. Once he successfully completed my studies, they obeyed God’s call to return to Brazil and were in ministry there for the next 15 years. During this time they were heavily involved with church ministry and a local Bible College. In 1997, their third son was born.

By God’s direction and conviction, Gerson and Tania returned to Canada in August 2011. They settled in St. Thomas where they supported the ministry of Faith Baptist Church. Gerson also works at the Salvation Army as a chaplain for the Correctional and Justice Services in the London area.
